Abstract

This article focuses on the survey of technology-related perceptions of prospective and working teachers. It outlines milestones in the procedure and presents selected findings. The results indicate that a reliable instrument for recording perceptions of technology could be obtained. With regard to conceptions, the interviewees assess the statements presented comprehensively, but favor aspects of the genetic-producing part of the subject area of technology in their lesson planning. In addition, certain personal variables were found to influence the assessment.
